Andy ‘Junior’ Parker sings songs and plays the saxophone. His aim is clear, to entertain the audience.
This he has been doing with success and for some time backing visiting US soul acts in the 1970’s, then recording and performing throughout Europe and Australia in the 80’s and 90’s.

He has appeared on TV with Ray Charles, and shared the bill with BB King, Kylie Minogue and others.
He supplies saxophone and backing vocals for some of the UK’s leading tribute acts; Totally Tina, Buzz D’Angelo as James Brown and Maxine Mazumder as Dusty Springfield.
In presenting his solo act Junior Parker has developed a unique presentation that defies category, not imitation covers of classic songs but his interpretation of material from 1950’s up to the present, from Sam Cooke through to Ed Sherran
In addition to a solo act Junior can be booked as:
- The Junior Parker band as a 5 or 7 piece outfit.
- The Singing Saxophonist for wedding drinks receptions or any function where background ambient music is required
